Joanne is a media barrister and the Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for Westminster North. The eldest of three children, she grew up in Northern Ireland during the height of the Troubles. Educated at state schools - Tandragee Primary and Banbridge Academy, she went on to read English Literature at Oxford University.

Having always excelled at debating and public speaking Joanne qualified as a barrister when she graduated. She is a leader in her chosen area of specialisation: freedom of expression including libel and privacy law. She is rated as one of the top barristers in her field, described by one directory as "formidable" and "renowned for smashing the opposition".

Mark was elected as the MP for the Cities of London and Westminster constituency in 2001, and was re-elected with
an increased majority in 2005.

He takes a special interest in economic matters, foreign trade and international development, and is currently Chairman of the All-Party Group on Business Services and since mid-2008 has been Acting Chairman of the All-Party Venture Capital and Private Equity Group. He is also Vice Chairman of the All Party Group on Bangladesh and on the Chinese in Britain.

Sir Malcolm was born in Edinburgh in 1946.

He was educated at George Watson's College and Edinburgh University where he studied law before taking a postgraduate degree in political science. While at University he took part in an overland expedition to the Middle East and India. He, also, appeared on University Challenge.

Shaun Bailey is a co-founder of My Generation, a charity set up to address the social problems that affect young people and their families, including anti-social behaviour, drug use, crime, teen pregnancy, educational underachievement and unemployment.

Shaun graduated in computer aided technology from South Bank University. Previously, he worked as a security guard at Wembley and the Trocadero to put himself through university. He grew up in the north Kensington area with his mother, brother, and granddad.

Greg was born in 1965 in New York , the son of British parents, and lived in the USA until he was seven years old. Thereafter, Greg was educated at state schools in England , but the family was constantly on the move, due to the Labour Government of 1974 - 1979 closing down grammar schools.
